An image that was drawn as a paid commission, i.e. when someone hires an artist to draw for them.
Make sure the word 'commission' is visible in the image, or is mentioned in artist commentary, if you have no other proof.
If the post was commissioned on specific image site, apply the tags of where the commission was made accordingly.
Note: commissions can sometimes be abbreviated as "comm", "com", "cm" and other possible abbreviations. Some times a commission may be referred to as a "request" especially by Japanese artists in translations.
